Bridge Street Apartments is a 5-story mixed use project planned for the Duthler’s Family Foods site at Bridge Street and Gold Avenue. The project will
feature approximately 150 units with a heavy emphasis on studio apartments.
Large triple-pane windows, natural materials, and organic modern interior design will help bring the outside in, creating a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere.

By utilizing functional and efficient layouts, the project is able to offer new, attractive housing units at very competitive prices. Studios and 1BR units will likely be offered at about 90% AMI.

The project will feature heat pumps, EV charging, easy transit access, triple pane windows and an all-electric utility plan – meaning the building will be roughly equivalent to LEED Gold.

From the bars and restaurants along Bridge St., to the new soccer
stadium, to all of downtown just across the river, walkability will be a defining feature for residents.
